For Meghan Graf-Peterka, a practitioner at Green Lake Health, movement is foundational. “Movement is life,” she explains. “Our bodies are ecosystems. When we move, everything works better. I think we have forgotten how important movement is, especially due to our modern way of living.” In her work with clients, Meghan sees firsthand how a lack of movement affects the body. “As movement decreases, circulation is impacted and muscle tension builds,” she explains. “When clients
