Renee Leshan

Graduated in 2005 from the Florida School of Massage

After working in Biotechnology and volunteering as an EMT, Renee decided to change tack and try her hand at massage therapy. She packed up her belongings and moved from the mountain west to Gainesville, Florida. Going to the Florida School of Massage was an amazing experience that left her with the profound sense that we are all connected.

Renee feels fortunate to have the privilege of connecting with people on their health and wellness journeys. She listens carefully and uses a balanced approach to support client goals. Her style of massage can include the integration of several techniques such as Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Moderate-Deep Tissue work, Craniosacral Therapy, Stretching and Myofascial Release.  Her main focus has been injury recovery, relaxation massage, injury prevention and supporting client’s athletic pursuits. In order to assist clients in finding greater comfort in their bodies, she takes the time to listen and evaluate their needs. Renee’s clients report relaxation and therapeutic benefit from her detailed work.

When not working, or helping at her child’s school, Renee can be found gardening, hiking, camping, snowboarding, and enjoying time with her family and friends.
