Reiko Shimizu

Reiko is a recent graduate of Cortiva Institute, and specializes in Treatment Massage . Her specific modalities are Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, and Pregnancy Massage. Reiko has a firm touch and her pace is serene and relaxing.

As a classical ballet dancer for over 20 years, Reiko possess a great understanding of the human body. Her passion for massage has began after her hip injury in 2009, when she discovered that healing touch was very beneficial. She emphasizes the importance of treatment massage and the need for prevention in her work. Reiko strives to meet her clients’ goals by listening and addressing their pains and discomforts with great care. In her private life, Reiko also enjoys physical activities such as pilates and yoga. Her goal for 2019 is to receive RYT200 and to become a pilates instructor!
